Director Luci Hough and Nurse Manager Niki Garner attended the Save the Storks Charity Ball in DC on the eve of the March for Life. Speakers at the Stork Ball included Save the Storks founder Joe Baker, Kirk and Chelsea Cameron, Eric Metaxas, and a surprise appearance by Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence. Our 2018 Gala speaker, Abby Johnson, was also in attendance; everyone applauded the news of the release of the movie, Unplanned, based on her story of going from a Planned Parenthood Director to pro-life advocacy. Luci was excited to connect again with three other pregnancy center directors who attended the Save the Storks conference in Colorado in October and whose Centers operate Stork buses in Colorado, Texas and Tennessee. We are grateful for our partnership with Save the Storks, an organization devoted to Love, Compassion and Action in the pro-life movement.

On January 18th, Luci and Niki both got to participate in the National March for Life in Washington DC! It was a first for both of them.

As special guests of Save the Storks, Executive Director Luci Hough and Fayette PRC Supporter and Gala sponsor Judye Pearson enjoyed an evening in Warner Robins to attend Kirk Cameron’s Living Room Reset. During his presentation, Kirk made a passionate case for the sanctity of human life and an appeal specifically for supporting the work of Save the Storks. Judye and Luci were delighted to meet Kirk and Jeff Gilbert, Ambassador with Save the Storks. We are so excited to be partnering with Save the Storks to build our own Mobile Medical Unit to help us reach out into our community and serve more women needing our services. On January 31st Kem Williams and Carrie Zook from Grace Evangelical Church came by the Center for a tour and brought a special gift from City Cafe and Bakery for the staff.  We appreciate the support of Grace Evangelical!
