Position: Exploring Fatherhood Coordinator
The Exploring Fatherhood Coordinator is a staff position working up to 26 hours per week (2-4 days) paid at an hourly rate. The primary responsibility is to oversee and develop the Exploring Fatherhood program, mentor new fathers in the program, and train/supervise the male Client Advocate volunteers. This position relates to the Education & Client Support Coordinator as well as the Client Advocate Coordinator in Equip, the women’s education program.
Qualifications:
- Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is accountable to a local Bible-believing church
- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of all human life
- Maintain a lifestyle of sexual integrity and purity
- Agree with and uphold the FPRC Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and all Policies & Procedures
- Be able to respect and keep information confidential
- One year experience as a volunteer or employee in ministry
- Biblical training and/or demonstrate good biblical knowledge
- Exhibit interpersonal communication skills, oral and written
- Exhibit organizational skills and the ability to lead others
