- June 5th – Shawn led a parenting program for women currently being served by Promise Place.
- June 10th – Shawn met with the director of PATH to learn more about the services they provide.
- June 11th – John (FPRC Men’s Program Lead) had a partnership call with Buddy Curry/Jeff Kemp.
- June 11th – We enjoyed celebrating the service of two of our team members who stepped down from their roles here after many years of service.
- June 16th – Heather and John met with a representative from Eagles Landing Christian Counseling Center to learn more about their ministry and to explore the possibility of them as a referral source for clients with specific counseling needs.
- June 12th – Passion City Church, Trilith, came for a service project as part of their Love Atlanta initiative.
- June 18th – A group from Woolsey Baptist Church came for a service project as part of their Love Loud service project initiative.
- June 19th – The staff of the Center enjoyed a day away from the office for team building and training. Many thanks to LifeShape for allowing us access to their facility to host this off-site team day.

- June 23rd – Heather, Angela, and John attended a Lunch and Leadership event and heard a presentation by Dr. Lew Sterrett on “The Secret Sauce of Motivation: How to Connect to the Deepest Drive of Others”. Lew is the founder of “Sermon on the Mount” which is the ministry arm of Dr. Lew Sterrett’s Human / Equine relationship training. https://www.sermononthemount.org/ Many thanks to John and Trudy White for hosting this event.
- June 24th – A team member from Open Hand Atlanta came for a tour and to discuss a partnership possibility with them that could provide some of our eligible clients with training in the food service industry.
- June 27th – John (FPRC Men’s Program Lead) went out to Colorado Springs to visit Life Network pregnancy center and talk with the leader of their men’s program.
- May 28th – Heather and Angela visited the Pregnancy Care Center in Jonesboro and had the opportunity to have lunch with their Executive Director and Assistant Director who are both new to their roles and look forward to a new season in the life of that ministry.
