We were so encouraged two weeks ago when a father came in bringing his new baby. His girlfriend had come to the Center 9 months ago for a pregnancy test and ultrasound and she was considering having an abortion. As our medical staff met with her, she expressed her fears of not being financially or emotionally mature to raise a child. When she saw the baby on the ultrasound, she exclaimed, “Wow! That’s a life”. We encouraged a father, distraught over the thought of his baby being aborted, to fight for his child and support this mother-to-be. We were unable to get in touch with her following the appointment to find out about her decision and were so excited when this father came by to show us the baby. He specifically was so thankful for our help that encouraged his girlfriend to choose life. He is one proud daddy!
