• On October 1st Loren Williams, Community Relations Coordinator, attended the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Expo and had the opportunity to speak to representatives from many different organizations.  Loren is pictured with Michelle Hall,  Technology Director for Southside Church. Michelle worked with us to fine tune our Be Rich submission this year.   Through the Southside Church Be Rich campaign, we have received generous support for several years.  Their booth at the Expo was for their “FOR the Southside” movement which highlights and shares the good done in our community by businesses, nonprofits and individuals.   We deeply appreciate Southside Church’s continued support of our Center and our community.

  • We are so grateful to Barbara O’Brien, MD for donating an exam table to our Center. We are excited to have a major piece of equipment ready for our intended building expansion which will include a second medical room! Congratulations to Dr. O’Brien on her retirement! Thank you to Joey Petras for handling the move. Dr. O’brien (L) is shown with Niki Garner, FPRC nurse manager, and Jason, Joey and Keith on the trailer.
  • On October 8 Yurapan and Ken King visited the Center for a tour. They serve on the Missions Committee of First Baptist Church Peachtree City and were happy to see first hand the many services we provide for families in our community.
  • Luci represented the Center at Woolsey Baptist Church as they featured various ministries and missionaries supported by their church. Luci spoke to Dana  Eisfelder’s class and accepted their generous gifts for our Blessing Boutique. Luci is shown with Phyllis Avrit (L), co-founder of FPRC, and Dana.
  • Fayette PRC held its Fall Volunteer Training Class on October 16th and 17th. Though the pandemic posed challenges, we are excited to have completed two very successful classes in 2020!
