On October 18th, key staff members of the Center met together to discuss how we can best continue serving families in our community in the years to come and brainstorm ways to be even more effective in our outreach.
On October 19th, a group of ladies from Flat Creek Baptist Church came for a tour and to bring some donations for our Blessing Boutique.
On October 22nd, Loren (Community Relations Coordinator) and her husband attended the Midwest Food Bank Gala. They were glad to attend and show support for the food bank. We are proud to partner with this wonderful organization. We deeply appreciate all of their generous donations to help the families we serve.
On October 24th, Dori from Covenant Care came and taught a group of staff and volunteers about adoption and how we can facilitate adoption discussions with our clients at the Center.
On October 25th, representatives from South Metro Church came by the Center for a tour and to discuss ways that their church can come alongside the Center and specifically ministry to our clients who have made a decision for life.
On Monday, October 31st, Heather spoke at the Fayette FACTOR meeting and shared about how the Center is serving families in our community.
