We had a great time at our annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon last Friday. Over 40 of our volunteers and staff attended the luncheon. We had a great time recognizing and honoring our volunteers. Special recognition was given to Phyllis Avrit and Barbara Warfel who have been counseling since our doors opened 25 years ago. We also recognized many other volunteers for their long standing commitment to the Center as well as those who are new to our volunteer team! In addition, two individuals received our “Above and Beyond” award this year for their willingness to go above and beyond to serve the Center and the families who need our help.
